U.S. Trade Representative Determines Costa Rican Banana Export Policies are Actionable Under Section 301

The U.S. Trade Representative has determined that certain Costa Rican policies and practices affecting U.S. banana exporters to the EU are actionable under Section 301, and has initiated a process to address the remaining burden, while monitoring Costa Rica's commitments.
