The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on a renewal of its existing 'Customer Complaint Form' information collection, as part of its ongoing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
