WTO Dispute Settlement Proceedings Concerning U.S. Restrictions on Woven Wool Shirts and Blouses From India

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is providing notice that a World Trade Organization dispute settlement panel will examine a U.S. transitional safeguard restriction on woven wool shirt and blouse imports from India, at the request of India. The public is invited to submit written comments on the issues raised in the dispute.
