WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Concerning Certain Canadian Measures Affecting Periodicals

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is seeking a World Trade Organization dispute settlement panel to review Canadian measures that restrict the importation of certain periodicals and unfairly tax imported periodicals, following a public request from the U.S. government.
