Globalization of Specialty Sugar Tariff-Rate Quota; Organic Refined Sugar Determination

The Acting United States Trade Representative has determined that organic refined sugar will be available on a globalized basis for the remainder of the tariff-rate quota period, which ends on September 30, 1996, and that the in-quota quantity of 1,656 metric tons will be available for import. This decision affects specialty sugars, including organic refined sugar, imported from around the world.
