US Commission Invites Public Comments on Review of Cold-Rolled Steel Duties

The US International Trade Commission is seeking public comments on whether changes in the market warrant a review of existing countervailing duty and antidumping orders on imports of cold-rolled steel from Germany and the Netherlands.
