U.S. Commission Launches Preliminary Antidumping Investigation into Beryllium Metal and High-Beryllium Alloys from Kazakhstan

The U.S. Commission has initiated a preliminary antidumping investigation into imports of beryllium metal and high-beryllium alloys from Kazakhstan, alleging they are sold at less than fair value in the U.S. market, and must complete the investigation by April 29, 1996.
