Second Annual Report on U.S.-Africa Trade Flows and Effects of the Uruguay Round Agreements and U.S. Trade and Development Policy

The U.S. Trade Representative requested the Commission to prepare its first annual report on U.S.-Africa trade flows and the effects of the Uruguay Round agreements, with a deadline of November 15, 1995, and subsequent annual updates for four years. The Commission submitted the report on November 15, 1995, and the USTR provided instructions for the second annual report, which was due on October 4, 1996.
