Hoffmann-La Roche Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Viral Diagnostic Kits

Hoffmann-La Roche has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging that certain diagnostic kits for virus detection infringe on its patents, and is seeking a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
