USITC to Collect Data on Crawfish Industry for Review Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The USITC staff plans to gather primary data from crawfish producers, processors, and purchasers to assess the competitive conditions in the U.S. market for crawfish, as requested by the Committee on Ways and Means, U.S. House of Representatives.
