Inquiry Concerning Commission's Merger Policy Under the Federal Power Act

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requests comments on whether it should revise its criteria and policies for evaluating public utility mergers in light of fundamental changes in the electric industry and the regulation of that industry.
