FERC Extends Comment Period for Wholesale Competition Rule, Requires Electronic Filings

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has extended the comment period for compliance filings under the wholesale competition rule to 45 days, as requested by the American Public Power Association, the Electricity Consumers Resource Council, the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, and the Ohio Consumers' Counsel, and requires electronic filings and posting on the FERC Bulletin Board.
