OCC Offers Transition Period for Swap Dealers Under Dodd-Frank Act

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is providing a transition period for insured Federal depository institutions that may become swap dealers, as per section 716(f) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, subject to specific procedures and conditions.
