US FCC Requests Comments on Channel Substitution Petition for Radio Broadcasting Services in Oregon

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition by Common Ground Broadcasting, Inc. to substitute Channel 298C1 for Channel 298C2 at Banks, Oregon, and modify the license of Station KDBX to use the higher class channel. The FCC also proposes a similar substitution at Redmond, Oregon, for Station KLRR.
