FCC Adopts Rules for National Television Station Ownership and Dual Network Operations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has implemented sections 202(c)(1) and 202(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, revising its rules on national television station multiple ownership and dual networking operations, as directed by President Clinton on February 8, 1996.
