North Pacific Fishery Management Council Submits Amendments for Salmon Donation Program

The North Pacific Fishery Management Council has submitted two amendments to the Fishery Management Plan for the Bering Sea and Gulf of Alaska groundfish fisheries, which would establish a voluntary Salmon Donation Program to distribute Pacific salmon to economically disadvantaged individuals through tax-exempt organizations.
