FCC Waives Audited Financial Statement Requirements for Broadband PCS C Block Licenses

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has granted waivers to several parties requesting exemptions from audited financial statement requirements for broadband Personal Communications Service (PCS) C block licenses, and has also extended the waiver to all applicants subject to certain rules.
