Implementation of Local Competition Provisions in the Telecommunications Act of 1996; Allocation of Costs Associated With Local Exchange Provision of Video Programming Services

The Common Carrier Bureau released a public notice inviting parties to submit proposed language for rules regarding the implementation of local competition provisions in the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the allocation of costs associated with local exchange provision of video programming services. This notice is related to CC Docket No. 96-98 and CC Docket No. 96-112.
