US Coast Guard Seeks Extension to Comment Period on Maritime Safety Proposal

The US Coast Guard has requested an extension to prepare comments on a proposed rule making related to maritime safety, which was adopted by the Commission on April 25, 1996, and is now being coordinated with the Coast Guard.
