US FCC Relaxes Microwave Relocation Rules, Introduces Cost-Sharing Plan

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a new report and order to clarify and modify the rules for relocating microwave facilities in the 1850-1990 MHz (2GHz) band, which is set to be used for broadband PCS services, and introduces a plan to share the costs of relocation among PCS licensees.
