FCC Implements Section 703 of the Communications Act of 1996 to Expand Pole Attachment Provisions

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted an order to implement the self-effectuating additions and revisions made by Section 703 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 to Section 224 of the Communications Act of 1934, expanding the scope of pole attachment provisions to include telecommunications carriers and cable television system operators.
