FCC Directs Mur-Thom Broadcasting to Explain License Modification for Station KIXR

The FCC is directing Mur-Thom Broadcasting, Inc. to explain why its license for Station KIXR should be modified to operate on Channel 284A instead of Channel 261A, allowing KYFM Radio, Inc. to upgrade its facility from Channel 260C3 to Channel 261C1.
