Radio Broadcasting Services; Martin and Tiptonville, TN - Commission Requests Comments on WCMT(FM) Channel Substitution

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comments on a petition by Thunderbolt Broadcasting Company to replace its current Channel 269A license with a new Channel 267C3 license at Martin, Tennessee, and to modify the license to operate on the higher-powered channel, while also deleting a vacant Channel 267C3 at Tiptonville, Tennessee.
