Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service to Host Workshops on Proxy Cost Models

The Federal Communications Commission will hold workshops on January 14-15, 1997, to discuss the selection of a proxy cost model, as part of the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service's efforts to inform the public about the process.
