OCC Removes Mortgage Regulations, Updates Address

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is removing regulations related to mortgage loan originators and consumer financial information privacy, as these rules were transferred to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in 2011. The OCC is also updating its address and online presence to reflect its new headquarters location.
