FDA Announces Public Meetings to Promote HACCP Implementation for Seafood Processing

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is hosting five public meetings to educate and encourage compliance with its final rule on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems for seafood processing, which went into effect on December 18, 1997, and was published in the Federal Register on December 18, 1995.
