FDA Extends Effective Date of Medical Device User Facility and Manufacturer Reporting Rule

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the collection of information requirements for medical device user facility and manufacturer reporting, certification and registration. The FDA is extending the effective date of the final rule to July 31, 1996, to allow user facilities and manufacturers sufficient time to implement procedures.
