The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has determined that acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets USP, 325 mg/45 mg, was not withdrawn from sale for reasons of safety or effectiveness. This determination will allow abbreviated new drug applications (ANDA's) for acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets USP, 325 mg/45 mg to be approved.
