Hoechst Celanese Corp. Files Petition to Expand Use of Food Additive C.I. Pigment Yellow 191

The FDA is announcing that Hoechst Celanese Corp. has submitted a proposal to amend food additive regulations, allowing the expanded safe use of C.I. Pigment Yellow 191 as a colorant for food-contact polymers.
