GE Silicones Seeks FDA Approval for Food Additive Petition

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the filing notice for a food additive petition filed by GE Silicones to expand the safe use of certain chemicals in food-contact coatings, including diallyl maleate and dimethyl(methyl hydrogen) polysiloxane.
