FDA Revokes Licenses of Permian Basin Regional Center

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has revoked the establishment license (U.S. License No. 961) and product licenses issued to Permian Basin Regional Center, formerly Midland County Hospital District, for the production of Red Blood Cells, Plasma, and Platelets. The firm requested the revocation in a letter to the FDA dated November 1, 1995.
