OCC Proposes Shift in Annual Stress Testing Cycle and Regulatory Capital Projections

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is proposing to adjust the timing of the annual stress testing cycle and clarify the method used to calculate regulatory capital in the stress tests, shifting the cycle by approximately three months and delaying the use of advanced approaches method until January 1, 2016.
