Illinois: Final Determination of Adequacy of State Municipal Solid Waste Permit Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) is required to determine the adequacy of state municipal solid waste permit programs. The agency will approve adequate programs as applications are submitted, prior to the finalization of a proposed State/Tribal Implementation Rule (STIR).
