Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plan Texas State II Program

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking action to approve the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission's State II State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which includes a SIP Supplement dated September 30, 1992, and Regulation V, to satisfy the Clean Air Act, as amended in 1990.
