EPA's Intent To Approve and Availability of State List Submissions Under CWA 303(d)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to approve the Clean Water Act (CWA) section 303(d) lists submitted by the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in 1992 and 1993, with modifications agreed upon for Puerto Rico's list.
