EPA Proposes Approval of Delaware's Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Delaware to establish a Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
