Ohio Adequacy Determination of State Municipal Solid Waste Permit Program

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) is determining the adequacy of Ohio's municipal solid waste permit program, which is required by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The agency will make these determinations based on statutory authorities and requirements prior to the final promulgation of the State/Tribal Implementation Rule (STIR).
