Comment Request for Proposed Market Risk Regulatory Report for Institutions Subject to the Market Risk Capital Rule
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Federal Reserve Board (Board), and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) are seeking public comment on a proposed information collection activity, FFIEC 102, which would require institutions subject to the Market Risk Capital Rule to report on their market risk measurement and calculation methods. The proposed reporting requirements would take effect on March 31, 2015.
