Notice of Fiscal Year 1995 Competitive Discretionary Grant Programs for Title IV Missing and Exploited Children's Program and Application Kit

The Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention is required to establish and operate a 24-hour toll-free telephone line, national resource center, and conduct national incidence studies on missing children. The proposed programs, announced in the Federal Register on October 12, 1994, were not subject to public comments and are now available for application.
