Wyoming Wind Energy Project; Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement

The Bureau of Land Management will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed wind energy project in Carbon County, Wyoming, which involves constructing 1,390 wind turbines on 62,000 acres of private, Federal and state lands over a 10-12 year period.
