Partial Revocation of Secretarial Order Dated February 16, 1909; Montana

The U.S. government partially revokes a Secretarial order affecting 35 acres of public lands in Montana, allowing for the disposal of the lands through competitive sale. The Crow Tribe retains mineral rights to the lands, which have been and remain open to mineral leasing.
