Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Recordkeeping Requirements in Securities Transactions
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, 'Recordkeeping Requirements for Securities Transactions,' which has been sent to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as part of its ongoing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
