Integration of National Bank and Federal Savings Association Regulations: Licensing Rules

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is adopting a final rule to integrate its rules for national banks and Federal savings associations, eliminating unnecessary requirements while promoting fairness and safety, and making technical changes. The rule also updates agency organization and function rules.
