Irish Potatoes Grown in Washington; Expenses and Assessment Rate

The US Department of Agriculture has issued an interim final rule allowing the State of Washington Potato Committee to spend funds on program administration, funded by assessments on potato handlers, for the 1995-96 fiscal period.
