RHCDS Submits Information Collection for Review Under Paperwork Reduction Act

Rural Housing Credit Development Services (RHCDS) has submitted a request for expedited clearance to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review its information collection requirements, which aim to inform Section 8 project-based housing subsidy borrowers about potential improper benefit reductions under interest credit agreements prior to October 27, 1980.
