Lamar Electric Membership Corporation; Finding of No Significant Impact

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for Lamar Electric Membership Corporation's (Lamar EMC) request to use its general funds for a new office and operations center in Lamar County, Georgia. The FONSI is based on a Borrower's Environmental Report (BER) submitted by Lamar EMC, which has been adopted by RUS as its environmental assessment for the project.
