FSIS to Host National Forum on Animal Production Food Safety

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) will host a forum on May 23-25, 1995, at the University of Maryland, The Inn and Conference Center, to discuss ways to improve food safety for meat and poultry products from farm to table, as outlined in the proposal for Pathogen Reduction; Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Systems.
