Agricultural Marketing Service Proposes Amendment to Cotton Board Rules and Regulations

The Agricultural Marketing Service proposes to increase the value assigned to imported cotton for supplemental assessments, based on the 12-month average price received by U.S. farmers for Upland cotton in 1994.
