Delay of Recordkeeping Requirements for Certified Applicators of Federally Restricted Use Pesticides

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), part of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), is postponing the implementation date of a final rule previously published in the Federal Register on February 10, 1995, which modified the regulations at 7 CFR Part 110 concerning recordkeeping of federally restricted use pesticides by certified pesticide applicators. The new effective date is now August 1, 1995, instead of the previously scheduled May 11, 1995.
