Tuberculosis and Brucellosis in Cattle and Bison; Identification Requirements

The US Department of Agriculture is proposing to change the way cattle and bison are branded, moving the brand from the jaw to the hip to reduce animal distress, and allowing certain animals to be moved to slaughter without branding under certain conditions.
